GUEST SAFETY & SECURITY
For guest safety and property security, the home is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. The property also has a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and one exterior camera located outside the screened pool enclosure facing only the pool equipment and A/C equipment. There are no cameras inside the home or within the screened pool area.
